I always enjoy my stay at the Hyatt Place Quarry. It's a great location. The rooms were well kept even though this location is about to undergo a year long renovation in a week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a Starbucks coffee before we got on the road to travel home.

The hotel smells of old, stale cigarette smoke. The floors in the room had several spots, randomly throughout the room, that were soaking wet, as if someone spilled a large amount of water or something was leaking. There were public hairs …

This was my 1st time using the Hyatt chain but it will most definitely not be my last. My room was very up to par (no microwaves though). There was plenty of space, the room was very clean. The breakfast selection was better than expected. Checking in/out process was easy.

Stayed using points. From check-in to check-out everyone at the front desk was quite welcoming. The airport shuttle was convenient and the complimentary short-distance shuttle was a nice touch. The chauffeur Roland was a delight. Booked a standard king and was upgraded to a king suite. Breakfast was tasty. Boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, tortillas, fruits, breads, cereals. Tables and chairs in the breakfast area were constantly being cleaned. All around an excellent stay!

Great Customer Service! Devon goes the extra mile. Also, my Suburban broke down, blocking one of the entrances of the hotel. It took 3 hours for AAA tow truck to arrive. Devon at the hotel was patient & very calming. When in San Antonio, this is the place to stay! GREAT location close to Airport, Downtown, Quarry Market & near Loop 410 & Hwy 281. Very reasonable room rates, too!

Wonderful stay at Hyatt Place the night before our flight. Staff was very kind and courteous and attended to our every need. The hotel is clean and the room we got was very spacious. Breakfast was great too. They serve starbucks for an extra cost too. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Will be my number one Hyatt spot in San Antonio.

Worked well for a short stay. A few things like AC not getting very cool. Mini fridge not functioning. No microwave in room. Other than that. Location, breakfast, and value worth the money. Would book again.
